Sweazey,
Collegiate Institute,
Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dear Mr. Sweazey:-

In looking over your accounts as Chairman of the Free Text Book Committee, I notice that you credit the account with books sold by the Mount Pleasant Academy, $25.01. May I ask that, in the future, where the schools remit to you as on account of books sold, you forward such remittances at once to the Treasurer of the Woman's Board of Home Missions, notifying us of the name of the school from which the remittance comes. This will enable us to keep our accounts in very much better shape than if you handle the matter in the way you have done in your letter of the 2nd inst. In other words, let us pay these free book bills in full and receive direct any money from the sales of books.

Yours very truly,

H. C. Olin
Treasurer.

Dict.
