Description
Clinical Signs: selective paresis of the right medial rectus and abortive nystagmus of the left eye simulates pseudo-internuclear ophthalmoplegia. History: 25 year old woman with double vision and variable ptosis for approximately 10 months. Treatment: tensilon administered. Disease/ Diagnosis: Ocular Motility Disorders; Blepharoptosis.
