Description
A 56 yr. old man who developed a spontaneous subarch; or subur. hemo in 1946. Had burr holes. Science then has had repeated rt. Sided headaches beginning in his rt frontal area the eye of in the region of the nose and radiating to rt. occiput. Last 1-2 days. Require medication, and accomp. by spots moving in all directions in the left field. On one occasion though he saw something in left field. Exam. shows a paracentral left field defect coming to the pt. of fixation eye movements are entirely normal include. optokin. No dev. of eyes. Disease/ Diagnosis: Phosphenes
