Description |
Dr. Woodbury was born in St. George, UT in 1921. He received his B.S. in 1942 from the University of Utah and his M.S. in 1945 and Ph.D. in 1948 from the University of California. He was an Assistant Zoologist at California from 1944-1947 and Research Instructor in Physiology and Pharmacology, U.S. Public Health Service Grant, 1947-1950. He was Assistant Research Professor from 1950-53, Associate Research Professor in Pharmacology,1953-1959, Associate Professor 1959-1961 and became Professor in 1961. He was Chair of the Department of Pharmacology from 1971-1979. Dr Woodbury died in 1991. |
