The Cancer Research Building, designed by Ashton, Evans & Brazier, was the first building on the eastern edge of campus and was funded by the United States Public Health Service and U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. The Cancer Research Building was completed in March, 1951. The building, later known as the Medical Research Education Building (MREB), was demolished in 2022. |
