Description |
Tenth edition of a German work of propaganda by an British-born German philosopher who sympathized with the German cause during World War I. Chamberlain published several war propaganda pieces against England. In Kriegsaufsätze (Wartime Essays), Chamberlain wrote of Germany as a nation of peace and German as the world's greatest language. He wrote that the world would be better off doing away with English and French-style parliamentary governments in favor of German rule, "thought out by a few and carried out with iron consequence." |
