The other represents Salt Lake City and how it is our states capital. *White-The white strip in the center of the flag represents Snow and the different ski resorts that utah is known for during the winter time. *Mountans-The mountains represent the wasatch front where approximately 1.6 million people live. They also represent the different outdoor activities that are very popular in Utah.
