I have submitted an infographic for the flag, but the flag can be cropped from the image, or I can send a separate file. The Beehive flag is red, white and black (though black could be substituted with blue), with a beehive and star in the top left corner. The three divisions of the flag represent the geographic regions of the state: the Colorado Plateau, the Rocky Mountains and the Great Basin. The beehive is located where the Great Salt Lake is on a map of Utah. Red, white and gold represent the Colorado Plateau, the Rocky Mountains and the Great Basin Desert. The black and gold together represent honeybees, symbolizing Utah's historical name of "Deseret." The black can be substituted with blue to represent the Great Salt Lake. The flag uses the same beehive/star icon as the 125th Anniversary commemorative flag, ensuring that they look uniform when flying next to each other. Like on the 125th flag, the star represents Utah's statehood in 1896.
