Beehive and white stars and sego lily on blue with gold edge

"This is the second design that was based on the first design that I submitted. You will find that this flag is nearly identical, however I have less stars. On this flag I put 29 stars to represent Utah's 29 counties unified as one state. The beehive is still the centerpiece of this flag as I believe that it is the most important symbol to our state, with almost anything relating to Utah having a beehive on it. I kept the sego lily at the top of the ring of stars as I find it is a good position for it. I put it in because it is an important symbol and represents the beauty that Utah has to offer. Next, I kept the blue that is on the current state flag, as it gives the flag a sense of familiarity, and when asking around at school if I should change the color, or keep the blue, I had a vast majority tell me I should keep the blue. Finally I put a gold border that goes around the edge of the flag. This is a very unique feature that is only found on 2 state flags, so I decided to put it in to add more light color to the flag, as well as add in something that will make it stand out. I went with white for the stars as they represent purity and hope, which I think is very fitting for what our state stands for."
