"The bottom of the flag is red, representing the red rocks of southern Utah. The purple mountain range in the middle represent the Wasatch mountains of northern Utah. The top is white to represent the greatest snow on earth found at the top. In the center is a white seagull. As the official state bird, the seagull represents our dedication to freedom." |
