Yellow beehive on left center of blue field with red, white and blue cross sections

The beehive in yellow… because that's the color of a beehive except not really but nobody wants that tan/brown on their flag. Blue represents the great salt lake and the skies and the mountains in the winter all at the same time because it's all blue kind of but only if you really want to pretend and let it tie together then it works. Red is the background color because of water (blue also) wasn't a problem then everyone would low key want to live where all those cool ass red rocks are. Because they're pretty cool. So like it's kind of the background part of Utah because most people don't live there or see it but we love to claim it as ours because it is but not really so that's why it's in the background. White outline to represent the garmets people wear on the outside, it's the attitude thing. I actually love Utah and this is not derogatory at all. But I think it's a funny representation. It also contrasts nice and represents… uh… clouds. And the snow, which is a really nice outline on the BLUE mountains we see during the winter. So it's literally mountains in the flag and it's like a optical illusion but if you look hard you can see it and there is actually a big ass beehive ON THE MOUNTAIN which is surrounded by red rocks. So it's LITERALLY mountain beehive mountain red if you took a picture from north to south in the state (which is the way the population flows) and then look vertically on the flag from left to right. It's a literal exact depiction of everything in the state. Pretty damn cool if you ask me.
