Clinical Signs: eye movements appear full; saccades are slow, less so vertically. 59 year old male with ptosis and difficulty swallowing. Treatment: bilateral resection of both eyes in 1971. Disease/ Diagnosis: Muscular Dystrophy, Oculopharyngeal.
