Description
Clinical Signs: conspicuous limitation of eye movements in all directions. 3 year old girl with mild ptosis who developed ophthalmoplegia after a febrile episode; no systemic manifestations of myasthenia. Disease/ Diagnosis: Myasthenia Gravis; Blepharoptosis; Ophthalmoplegia.
