Presenting Symptom: cortical blindness; left hemifield intact to light; difficulty recognizing shapes of objects; good motion detection; good line 'grating' orientation; 1.5 min arc; 20/30. 23 year old female blinded in car accident 2 years prior; was hypotensive and required cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
