Description
Presenting Symptom: J.O.N. bilateral 6th nerve paralysis with some limitation of adduction of O.S.; vertical nystagmus on upward gaze; six days post-thiamine treatment, full range of ocular movement. Bilateral sixth nerve paralysis with limitation of adduction of OS with vertical nystagmus on upward gaze. Before and after thiamin treatment. Treatment: thiamine. Disease/ Diagnosis: Wernicke Encephalopathy; Thiamine Deficiency
