Bilateral sixth nerve paralysis with limitation of adduction of OS with vertical nystagmus on upward gaze. Before and after thiamin treatment. Treatment: thiamine. Disease/ Diagnosis: Wernicke Encephalopathy; Thiamine Deficiency
