Description
Clinical Signs: dense upper left quadronopsia. Woman with right temporal lobectomy six months previous following two grand mal seizures which disclosed a mass; no visual symptoms or hallucinations before lobectomy; post-operative increased sensitivity to bright lights and occasional difficulty seeing faces and figures, subtle changes in appearance; visual sensation overload with movement. Treatment: Anterior Temporal Lobectomy. Disease/ Diagnosis: Epilepsy
