I chose the golden color around the edges for the sunlight and warmth in the state. (like the old one.) I chose the blue color to represent justice, vigilance and perseverance (also like the old one). I did the eagle to represent it's part of the United States of America. I did 45 stars (the last one in the middle) representing that Utah is the 45th state with the 1896 representing the year Utah became a state. I did the six arrows representing the six main Indian tribes. The six arrows are in the eagle to represent how we survive all challenges that are thrown at us. Beehive representing how we work together, and industry being our state motto. |
