Handwritten description of a biography of Amanda Polly Savage Cook on a form for the Survey of State and Local Historical Records from 1936, filled out by Mae Spencer. Amanda Savage was born in 1836 and died in 19115. Her family came to Utah in 1847 and lived at Salt Lake City. She and her husband, Phineasa Cook, settled Goshen, Utah, and later settled at Garden City on Bear Lake |
