Description |
"Colors red, white, and blue, are reminiscent of our nation's flag and are symbolic of our nation. The blue stripe and the blue peaks above, symbolize our mountains, especially of northern Utah. The red stripe and the red figures below, symbolize our southern deserts, canyonlands and red rocks. The yellow circle has much symbolism; the sun that shines on us all, Utah's sunny skies, and the warmth symbolizing that all are welcome, the circle itself symbolizes the compass and our world, that Utah is home to many from around the world. The white star symbolizes Utah's statehood; its place in our nation." |
