I chose the light blue background because light blue means heal, peaceful, calming, trustworthiness and reliability. And the flower in the middle of the flag is a Sego Lily which i used to represent Utah. The banner above the flower has the state name which is Utah, and the banner below the flower has the date in which Utah a first became a state. |
