Description |
The honeycomb surrounding the Arch is the result of the bees. It shows how we can evolve to make something beautiful, as a group, like the bees used to symbolize. The Arch represents Utah's beautiful Arches in southern Utah, something we are well known for. The mountains are for skiing and is another thing that Utah is known for. Me and my family went camping a lot when I was a kid, and so the mountains will also symbolize family and togetherness. The yellow is sort of in memory of the beehive, and symbolizes strength. The red is power and protection, and the red earth in Southern Utah, black is for strength, and the white on the mountains is for the snow and the sego lillies. |
