Image of a Carpenters Wheel quilt created between 1940 and 1950 by Mattie Bishop Boultinghouse. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Kathy J. Estes as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. Quilter made quilts for pleasure and to give as gifts. This quilt was a gift to Kathy J. Estes from her grandmother in 1952, her son Travis Estes will be the next owner of the quilt |
