Presenting Symptom: Poor visual acuity OS. Pathology: Yellow lesion. Clinical: The patient was a 7-year old male with a history of poor vision of the left eye for an undertermined length of time. The fundus showed a discrete yellow lesion in the macular region with overlying membranes in the vitreous obscuring the disc and distorting the vessels. Since the eye was not removed, the diagnosis was presumptive. Disease/ Diagnosis: Toxocara retinopathy |
