Beehive, sego lily and ring of stars on blue with gold edge

"Based on my other two designs that I have submitted, this flag contains the beehive as the centerpiece as I believe it is a very important symbol to Utah, with almost anything relating to Utah having a beehive on it. Since this is the case, I made it the centerpiece. Surrounding the beehive I put 29 stars, representing the 29 counties making up Utah. I went with white for the stars as they represent purity and hope, which I believe is very fitting for what our state stands for. I put a sego lily at the top of the ring of stars. I really like the sego lily as a state symbol, so I put it in this position to represent Utah's beauty. For the background color I went with the blue that is on the current state flag. When I was asking around at school if I should change the color, or keep the blue, a vast majority of people said to keep the blue. The blue background will give the flag a sense of familiarity. Next I added a bee in front of the beehive to represent the community of Utah. It represents our unity and industrial nature. Finally, I put a gold border around the edge of the flag. Borders on the edges of flags are a very unique thing being on only 2 other state flags. It will allow the flag to stand out, and put more light color on the flag. I kept the color theme for all the designs blue, gold/yellow, black, and white as they fit together very well, and give a formal look."
