Description Presenting Symptom: Retinal hemorrhage. Pathology: Punctate exudate. Clinical: Multiple presumed microaneurysms, hemorrhage and punctate exudate in the central area are seen in this 45-year old female with a 20-year history of diabetes. She had normal vision with this eye but had lost the vision of the other eye through occlusion of the central retinal vein. Disease/ Diagnosis: Diabetic retinopathy
