The Proposed Flag for UTAH has several elements: The use of the RED, WHITE and BLUE background supports the United States colors. The white peaks mountains are indicative of the "top of the mountains", and in regards to the high desert state. The use of a WAGON drawn by oxen and the HANDCART, both depicting walking immigrants to Utah. The outline of the UTAH borders is unique and highlighted with the BEEHIVE representing the unified efforts of UTAHNS working together for the good and benefit of all. |
