Handwritten answers by John Potter of Price, Utah, for a questionnaire filled out for Utah Works Progress Administration's "Pioneer personal history" survey. He was born in Wisconsin about 1860 and worked his way west until settling at Park City, Utah, Includes description of gambling in the mining town in late 19th century. Text written down by Ed Walker of Park City on October 26, 27, and 28, 1938 |
