Typescript of answers by Roy George for a questionnaire filled out for Utah Works Progress Administration's "Pioneer personal history" survey by Alice G. MItchell in 1938; and a biographical sketch of Mr. George from an interview by Elvera Manful in 1939. He was born in Mendon, Utah, in 1880, son of Mormon pioneers who moved down to Saint John's, Arizona, and Ramah, New Mexico. They eventually settled at Montpelier, Idaho, where Roy was a miller for many years, until he became a barber and moved to Ogden |
