Clinical Signs: opto-kinetic response present with vertical, not horizontal; doll's eye deviation. 6 year old boy; parents noted unusual head movements before 1 year of age; described as clumsy, with poor gait, poor fine motor control, left-hand dominance; high IQ, but having difficulty in kindergarten; Disease/ Diagnosis: Oculocephalogyric reflex.
