Dr Wolf was born in Quincy, Massachusetts in 1934. Dr Wolf received his B.S. from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1956 and his Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 1961. Dr Wolf was Assistant Professor in 1961 and Associate Professor in 1969 at the University of Utah. Dr Wolf Professor of Pharmacology and Department Chair at the College of Pharmacy at Ohio State University 1969-1976. and returned to the University of Utah in 1976 as Dean and Professor. Dean of the College of Pharmacy, 1976-1989. Dr. Wolf is Project Manager of the Anticonvulsant Drug Development Program, and NIH sponsored initiative which uses animal seizure models and neuroscience techniques to develop new antiepileptic agents. He received the University of Utah College of Pharmacy Distinguished Faculty Award as well as the College's Distinguished Alumnus Award and Weaver Medal. and the University of Utah Rosenblatt Prize for sustained excellence. Dr Wolf is Emeritus Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology. |
