Description The flag I designed displays multiple messages. The first message is the color choice red, white and blue, the American Flag colors. Within these colors is a whole list of meanings Red: Hardiness and Valor. White: Purity and Innocence. Blue: Vigilance, Perseverance, and Justice. The colors are placed side by side showing that we stand together, they are intentionally not placed on top one another to show unity and bond. The white circle though is placed on top to show a common interest between the two. This interest is pure and innocent. When looking into the white we see the mountains of Utah, The forest, and our heritage the beehive. All of these are placed within the white circle because of its purity. The beehive is within the circle but also its in the roots of the tree's and this is where our heritage and history will always be... in the soil of our state. We may be moving forward into the future, but we must preserve our heritage, our land and our community's safe place, if you will. Utahn's are proud of where they live, and the history we have, good, bad, indifferent it does not matter. I hope that when you look at this flag we can stand together and come together as a community to preserve this great states purity. Thank you, V/R Taylor C. Blauer
