Handwritten answers by Elizabeth Hamilton (Bruce) Kennedy of Randolph, Utah, for a questionnaire filled out for Utah Works Progress Administration's "Pioneer personal history" survey. She was born in Scotland in 1862, and she came to America in 1874. The family first lived at Almy, Wyoming, where her father was a miner, and she married James Kennedy there. Interview by Mae Brough in 1938 |
