Dr Nicholes was born in American Fork, Utah in 1916. Dr Nicholes obtained his BS from Brigham Young University and his PhD from the University of Cincinnati. Dr Nicholes was involved in biological warfare research during World War II at Ft Dietrich, Maryland. Dr Nicholes returned to Utah in 1947 as an instructor of microbiology in the department of microbiology in College of Medicine. Dr Nicholes died in 2006. |
