Description |
"The three colors of the background are Red, Black, and Blue. The background is made up of three rectangles. These rectangles can be thought of as representing stability. The red on the left is for courage and religious fervor. The blue on the right is for loyalty, honesty, and trust. The black in the middle symbolizes power and sophistication. There is a black outline around the center diamond, making the center seal pop. The diamond in the middle is gold, representing love and wisdom. The diamond itself represents power and being able to withstand suffering and challenges in life. The symbol in the middle is the Delicate Arch. This is a common symbol of Utah, a popular tourist attraction from Arches, one of our five National Parks. It is also black, again symbolizing power. I think using the arch as a symbol is fitting because it is such a popular symbol of Utah." |
