Since about half the people want to keep the old flag and half want to change it, how about a compromise? Keep the seal, just change the blue field. Simple two-tone background, red on the bottom to represent the red rocks of southern Utah; white on the top for the mountains of northern Utah. This keeps the essence of the flag the same, but adds meaning and makes it more recognizable. |
