Richard Fullmer was born in Logan, Utah in 1944. Mr Fullmer received his undergraduate degree in 1972. Mr Fullmer came to the University in 1976 and served as Chief Executive Officer of the University Hospital and Clinics. At the time of his death in 2006, Mr Fullmer was Interim Associate Vice President for Clinical Services. |
