Description |
Presenting Symptom: Blurred vision OU; Optic atrophy. Pathology: Retinal hemorrhage. Clinical: The patient was a 47-year old female who had recurrent blurring of vision over a 3-year period. Among the usual skin tests, only that for histoplasmin was positive. The right fundus showed a central opacity beneath the retina (as localized stereoscopically) with adjacent hemorrhages and elevation of the overlying retina. Disease/ Diagnosis: Chorioretinopathy |
