Description
Clinical Signs: considerable limitation of gaze to the left and moderate to the right; slow eye movements; weakness of the obicularis in both eyes. History: 31 year old woman with drooping left eyelid since age 16; right eyelid began to droop a few years ago. Treatment: resection of the levator and a sling operation on the left.
