We wanted to represent the history of our state with the arrows and wagon, and include some symbols of Utah, including the beehive still being prominent. We also included our state motto and our statehood year. We represented our national parks, our prominence in snow sports, the 2002 Winter Olympics, and the "Silicon Slopes." We also included the mountains, and a sunrise, symbolizing progress and moving forward. |
