Home Movie Collection
Home movies are one of the most valuable components of the Audio Visual Archives in Special Collections at J. Willard Marriott Library. In addition to providing rarely seen footage, home movies supply an even more precious opportunity to witness moments from regular people's lives. From footage of family outings to the national parks in the 1930s to skiing, river running, and vacations throughout the twentieth century, the home movie collections of the Audio Visual Archives offer a glimpse into the everyday life of Utahans who have made this state what it is today.
