Netboot in a Research Environment by Phil Ershler NetBoot is a powerful and versatile tool for Macintosh network administrators. It allows you to boot any post-iMac Macintosh from a network volume rather than from the local drive. Phil will discus how his group used NetBoot facilities in their research institute. He will focus on the few extra procedures they had to inplement to get the system to work they way they wanted it to.
