Presenting Symptom Proptosis with diplopia
History A 52 year-old man who had right proptosis of 4 mm.
Clinical Patient had diplopia when he looked to the right. Otherwise his visual acuity, color vision, visual fields, and pupillary reactions were normal.
Neuroimaging MRI shows the lesion to be superior and medial to the optic nerve.
Anatomy Orbit
Disease/Diagnosis Lymphangioma
Treatment Surgical removal of the tumor using the operating microscope.
