| Description | My motive for choosing to write a play for my English Honors Thesis differs from the traditional thesis. I chose to create a play about a family. Though I have no intentions of pursuing a career in writing, I am glad to have completed this project. I am lucky that I've spent my life experiencing what it means to belong to "a family." In high school a girlfriend who lived with her mother and saw her father on a weekly basis said to me, "I don't even know what a real dad is like, but whenever I imagine what he would be; like, I picture your dad." |
