Description Digitized copy of an audiocassette recording of the second part of an interview between Fawn McKay Brodie and Ralph de Toledano on August 28, 1975. De Toledano was a journalist and writer who wrote for Newsweek and The National Review and was a friend of Richard Nixon. This interview was part of Brodie's research from her 1981 book, Richard Nixon: The Shaping of His Character. Utah native Fawn Brodie was a history professor and biographer who published several books about historical figures, including Thomas Jefferson, Joseph Smith, and Richard Nixon. The recording has background noise, including phone ringing.
