Description A 49 year old woman complained of two months of decreased vision OU. Her complaints began at the same time she was diagnosed as having multiple myeloma. She was unable to read because of 'gaps' in her field of vision. She had no photophobia, flashing lights, or nyctalopia, but had also noted the loss of color over the past few weeks. She had no weakness, paresthesias, or gait abnormality.
