Clinical VA: 20/400 to counting fingers at 4' OS
Presenting Symptom Facial numbness; Ataxia; Dysarthria; Dysphonia
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Surgery; XRT; Alkylating antineoplastic agents; Corticosteroids
