Description The assessment of relative afferent pupillary defects (RAPD) , is one of the three cornerstones in the clinical assessment of the afferent visual system. Despite this importance, it is often misinterpreted, especially by nonexperts [1]. We assess the feasibility of detecting RAPD using a commercial virtual reality headset equipped with an eye tracker, by presenting a computerized version of the swinging flash-light test.
