Ashton's Department Store was located in the first block on Main Street in Vernal. Pictured is the house wear and glassware department. The store recently completed its fifth expansion project that trippled the sales space to about 50,000 square feet. With the expansion the project included forming the Ashton Square, which was two-thirds of a city block. |
