Description |
To quantify the relative afferent pupillary defect (RAPD) in normal subjects by recording light reflexes using a computerized, binocular infrared pupillometer and software controlled stimulus source. Methods: A computer program was developed to alternately dim one eye with respect to the other and determine the balance point, or RAPD from the pupil tracings. The test was performed at two different starting light intensities, using two different stimulus durations, short and long. |
