Subject Pseudotumor Cerebri; Optic Neuritis; Optic Neuropathy
Description Laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG) measures retinal, optic nerve and choroidal blood flow, and can evaluate flow changes in conditions such as ischemic optic neuropathy, glaucoma etc.1,2 The effect of optic disc edema on optic nerve head (ONH) blood flow by LSFG has not been investigated. We sought to assess whether ONH blood flow differed among controls and eyes with differing causes of ONH edema.
